We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to help maintain our buildings, grounds, and properties.

What You'll Be Doing:

General building maintenance and minor repairs.
Lawn mowing, trimming, landscaping, and grounds upkeep.
Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other handyman projects.
Maintaining parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior areas.
Seasonal work, including leaf cleanup and snow removal.
Maintaining tools and equipment.
Occasional landscaping and grounds maintenance at an additional property.
Identifying problems and taking the initiative to get them fixed.
Helping with special projects and property improvements.

What We're Looking For: We're more interested in finding the right person than someone with a perfect résumé.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
Can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
Has good mechanical aptitude and enjoys figuring things out.
Takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds clean and well maintained.
Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Has a positive attitude and works well with others.
Has a valid driver's license.
Is willing to learn and tackle new challenges.

Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, or handyman experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and good attitude are what matter most.
